We hate having dinner without Brandon, but somehow we make it through with a few funny faces, smiles and laughs! :)

(This is how Alexa says "Thank you!", with a little tilt of her head! I love it. The cute thing is that Chayse did that before he learned how to say it too!)

Jon & Kate + 8....

So I have a lot of feelings about this show. Mostly that I am so sad at the outcome of this family. It was made official as of yesterday that are officially divorced. I have loved this show from the get go and I am sad to see another TV Family bite the dust. I could go on and on..but I will link you to my friend Karen's blog, because she basically took the words right out of my mouth and I don't have time this morning to type them all!!! Haha

New Playground and a New Hairdo!

We have been waiting and waiting for them to put the playground in by our new place. The totally awesome thing about it, is that it is right out our back door. I was sitting on our patio steps as I was taking the pictures!! They still have to put the bark down, but Chayse couldn't wait. We let him go play there last night and he was so good and careful about not stepping the mud. Somehow Alexa's shoes were forgotten, but she was good about not getting muddy either! Haha!

(I know it's a little blurry, but he looked so cute running all over with excitement for the new play area!)

Brandon on the slide with Alexa. She wanted to go down herself..but that slide is pretty fast and it would have shot her across the playground and into the street! haha!

You just have to tell Chayse to turn around for a picture and he will automatically strike this pose! So cute!

Alexa was bound and determined to get every last bit of her ice cream out!

Chayse got a new do! I was just going to shave his head again and Brandon suggested we try a mohawk. Well I guess a faux-hawk, since we didnt shave the sides bald..just really really short! :) He looks like a stud and he loves it!

My homely child...

For those of you who know me...understand it was a hard thing to post pictures of my little girl looking like this! Haha!

Our schedules are a little off because Brandon is working from home and since he is on the phone a lot..we can't be around him. So we switch having him upstairs and downstairs depending on where the kids need to be at the time.

Some days we don't get ready for a while and my little girl took it upon herself to get ready...

She is also loving the fact that man created spoons, and she is learning how to use it...

The last couple weekends...

I am catching up my blog from the last couple of weekends, finally! We went to Boise the weekend of the 6th for a quick trip. I had a maternity shoot to do and even though the rain was bound and determined to keep us from doing it..we got it done and they turned out way cute!

It was a lot of fun hanging out and spending time with my grandparents, dinner at Tegan's, seeing Trista & Chad's darling new baby boy, going out to lunch, and breakfast with my sister! All of those who I didn't get to see, I will be back at the end of August for an engagement shoot..but I want to come for a little bit longer so we can play! Girl's lunch anyone? Let's plan it!

This last weekend we had a family reunion brunch with the DeMill side of the family. We had dutch oven breakfast, fruit and yummy pastries!

It was a lot of fun to hang out and spend time together as a family. It's definitely not the same without Grandpa there, but I am sure he was there with us in spirit.

We went with to my dad's after and had fun hanging out with him and Jacque.

We took my dad to Jason's Deli for dinner for Father's Day and it was so yummy! They forgot the cheese on Chayse's grilled cheese though. Really..how hard is it? You have ONE thing to put on the bread..ONE..and you forget it! Haha! Oh well, I still love the place!

I have pictures from this weekend, but I haven't had the chance to resize them all so I can upload them to here! I will do that later! :)

Well I am off to make yummy treats for my fun girl's night/house warming party tonight! I will blog about that later!

Welcome to our home...

Well I FINALLY took pictures of the townhouse! I had put it off because there are still things I wanted to do before I posted them. I still have to paint accent walls in our rooms, put up window treatments, and put up my vinyl lettering. Oh well..here they are and I will post more when I finish!!
