We had a fun Easter! We were lucky enough to bring Zayde home in time to celebrate with our families! My sister and her cute family came the Friday before Easter to meet Zayde! It was great to have them here! We had a yummy pizza dinner from Pizza Plus and then let the kids play! We didn't know it at the time, but poor Berlin got hurt somehow upstairs and Kimber ended up finding out a few days later, that she had fractured her leg. Luckily she is doing really well, and has been a tough little girl!
Saturday morning, Brandon, Chayse and Alexa went to the soccer game, and LaDonna, Justin & Kai went to go watch! The girls hung out here at the house til they got home, and then we all had a yummy lunch! It was fun for everyone to get to meet Zayde and snuggle him. He sure had plenty of attention that day! Then after lunch, we did an Easter Egg hunt with the 4 older cousins! They got spoiled with lots of eggs and candy..which I am pretty sure Alexa had downed half of it by the end of the day!
The next morning, Easter Sunday..the kids woke up..so excited to see what the Easter Bunny had brought them! Zayde really could care less obviously! Haha! Then LaDonna came over and made us a yummy Easter dinner! Thank you so much, it was really delicious and so nice to not have to worry about cooking dinner that night!
My Dad and Jacque came up after church and Chayse and Alexa dyed Easter Eggs with them! They were so excited to meet little Zayde and I of course was happy to show him off!
We had a great Easter Weekend and I am so thankful for all our family and friends and all they do for us! We are so blessed!
